In 1993, he received the commission from the Holy Spirit to begin Acts Ministry. He is an evangelist, contributing writer for the Real News-Review, and an author.

Nancy Collins, Member of the Board of Directors

An ordained minister and a nurse, she is a prayer intercessor, writes articles for the Real News-Review, and inspires everyone with her gentle spirit and devotion to the study of the Bible.

Audrey West, Secretary/Treasurer of Acts Ministry

 A member of the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee.

Bishop O. K. Neal, M.Div.,  Acts Ministry International Prayer Pastor & Member Bishop's Counsel

OK receives prayer requests daily from throughout the world of Acts Ministry on this website or through his E-mail address.  He then sends them to seventy email addresses.  These 70 then forward the requests on to their prayer circles, etc.

Rev. Neal was the 2011 recipient of the Margaret Comer Distinguished Service Award

Rick Ramsey, Acts Ministry Sound Tech, multi-media manager and manager of Acts Radio.

Rick is responsible for the sound and recording at all of Acts Ministry Services and manages the Internet Radio station for the ministry.  As station manager Rick is responsible for the play list, managing programs and advertising.

Rev. Jerry Terrebrood, Executive Director of Acts Ministry University.

Jerry is responsible for curriculum development, staff recruiting and basic day to day operations of all things AMU.

Rev. Angela Terrebrood,  Director of Information Service

Angie is responsible for coordinating the communication elements of Acts Ministry, including Acts Ministry Facebook Group, information for the web site, E-mail and other electronic media.  She also serves as Acts Ministry Press Secretary.

Dr. Steve Highlander,  Web Master and IT Director

Steve built and maintains the Acts Ministry web site as well as the Acts Minstry University web site.  He consults for a number of other IT and Internet related issues within the ministry.
